New STEP Export is now available

Parametric solids. Built in your browser.

Sketch, dimension, extrude, revolve, and refine solid B-Rep models in a focused CAD workspace—then continue with STEP or STL export.

No installation required. Desktop Chrome or Edge recommended.

Modeling tools

A focused toolset for real part design.

PAK Solid keeps the full modeling path in one workspace, from the first constrained sketch to a B-Rep solid you can move into manufacturing or another CAD system.

01

Sketch precisely

Build profiles with lines, rectangles, circles, arcs, splines, points, and typed dimensions. Sketch on datum planes or directly on a solid face.

02

Build parametric solids

Turn closed profiles into canonical solid B-Reps with Extruded Boss/Base, Revolved Boss/Base and Extruded Cut, with controlled direction and depth.

03

Refine the result

Finish parts with Fillet and Chamfer, combine bodies with Merge, and add Datum Planes while keeping every committed feature visible in the Part Navigator.

04

Export the model New

Save project files locally, export meshes to STL, or use the new STEP Export option for the next stage of your CAD workflow.

New Interoperability update

Your model no longer ends in the browser.

OCCT STEP Export gives PAK Solid models a direct path into downstream CAD workflows. Build the solid in PAK Solid, export its B-Rep geometry, and continue where the job requires.

Workflow

From blank plane to usable model.

The interface follows a familiar, deliberate CAD sequence. Each step stays visible in the Part Navigator so the model remains easy to understand.

01 / SKETCH

Choose a plane

Start on XY, YZ, XZ, a custom datum plane, or a face of an existing solid.

02 / DEFINE

Draw and dimension

Create the profile and type exact values while drawing or edit them afterward.

03 / BUILD

Create the solid

Extrude or cut the profile, preview direction and depth, then commit the feature.

04 / DELIVER

Refine and export

Add blends or chamfers, then save the project or export STEP and STL files.

PAK Solid Beta

Open the workspace and build your first part.

Create an account to use PAK Solid in a desktop browser. Projects autosave locally so you can return to your work without installing a desktop application.

Keyboard and mouse recommended. Mobile modeling is not supported during beta.
